6. Gift Card and Refund Policy
We issue gift cards both through our website and through our previous booking system, Fresha.
Gift cards, whether issued via our website or via Fresha, are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refunds for unused gift cards are available within 14 days of purchase only.
After 14 days, gift cards are non-refundable.
Once expired, gift cards cannot be redeemed or refunded.
For gift cards issued via Fresha, Fresha confirms that refunds cannot be credited back to a gift card. If a refund is approved within the 14-day period for a Fresha-issued gift card, it will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., cash or card).

7. Outstanding Payments and Service Suspension
All invoices must be settled within 21 calendar days of the issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make full payment within this timeframe will result in immediate suspension of all ongoing or future appointments, treatments, and programmes until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Clients with overdue invoices may be refused further services at the clinic until payment has been received in full.
If payment remains outstanding beyond 28 days, the matter may be referred to the Small Claims Court or a registered debt recovery service to recover the balance owed.
Any legal or administrative costs incurred in the process of recovering unpaid amounts will be added to the client’s balance.
Continued failure to resolve outstanding payments may lead to permanent termination of the client’s programme or account with the clinic.
8. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
