Dr Abes Nassiri (Dr Asher Abes) is a double board certified aesthetic doctor and qualified PharmD with a strong foundation in clinical medicine and facial anatomy. He focuses on evidence-based treatments that enhance natural features while maintaining structure and balance. His approach is centred on subtle refinement rather than overcorrection, helping patients achieve results that look refreshed and proportionate.

How a consultation with Dr Abes works
Every injectable treatment starts with a face-to-face medical consultation. There is no obligation to go ahead on the day.

He explains the options that suit you, what each involves and the possible risks, so you can decide with the full picture.
Step 3
Treatment
If you go ahead, treatment is carried out by Dr Abes with care and precision, and the £50 consultation fee is deducted.
Step 4
Aftercare and review
You receive clear aftercare advice. Filler appointments include a free review / top up at 2–4 weeks.

How much is a consultation?
Consultations with Dr Abes are £50. If you decide to go ahead with a treatment, the £50 is deducted from the treatment cost.
Who carries out the treatment?
All injectable treatments in this section are carried out by Dr Abes Nassiri, a double board certified aesthetic doctor and qualified PharmD, at Harry Morley Skin Clinic.
Are injectable treatments safe?
Injectable treatments carry some risk, like any medical procedure, which is why every treatment begins with a medical consultation. Dr Abes assesses whether a treatment is appropriate for you, explains the possible side effects and complications, and only recommends what he considers clinically suitable.
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness where the treatment was given can occur and usually settle on their own. Rare complications are possible with any injectable treatment; Dr Abes explains these, and how they are managed, at your consultation.
Who is suitable for injectables?
Treatment is only for adults over 18 and is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some medical conditions and medicines may also affect suitability, so Dr Abes reviews your medical history before recommending anything.
Is there any downtime?
Many people return to their usual day soon after treatment, although some swelling or bruising can be visible for a short time. How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment, the product used, the area and your own skin. Results from fillers usually last several months, and treatments that support collagen build gradually over a course. Dr Abes will explain what to expect for you.
