Appointment Booking
- All appointments must be booked in advance to secure a time slot.
- A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
- If you wish to change the date of your appointment, we are happy to accommodate this provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before your scheduled time.
Cancellation Notice
- We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Notice must be given by telephone, email, or through our online booking system.
- Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your booking.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment without losing your booking if notice is given 48 hours or more before the scheduled time.
- You may reschedule up to three times using the same booking. After three reschedules, a new booking will be required.
Late Arrival
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to cancel or shorten your appointment.
- In either case, you will still be responsible for the full treatment charge or booking fee.
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
No-Shows
- A no-show is defined as failure to attend without any prior cancellation or notice.
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking and may require a new booking to secure future appointments.
Multiple Breaches
- Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or breaches of this policy may result in refusal of future bookings or requirement for full pre-payment.
