
Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment entirely, your deposit will be forfeited. However, you have the option to reschedule your appointment and transfer the deposit to a new date. In order to do so, you must provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
Please note that you are only allowed to reschedule your appointment a maximum of three times. After this limit is reached, a new deposit will be required for any future bookings. Additionally, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled or the treatment time may be reduced. In either case, you will still be responsible for paying the full price.
