Outstanding Payments and Service Suspension - All invoices must be settled within **21 calendar days** of the issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Failure to make full payment within this timeframe will result in **immediate suspension of all ongoing or future appointments, treatments, and programmes** until the outstanding balance is cleared. - Clients with overdue invoices may be **refused further services** at the clinic until payment has been received in full. - If payment remains outstanding beyond **28 days**, the matter may be referred to the **Small Claims Court** or a registered debt recovery service to recover the balance owed. - Any legal or administrative costs incurred in the process of recovering unpaid amounts will be **added to the client’s balance**. - Continued failure to resolve outstanding payments may lead to **permanent termination of the client’s programme or account** with the clinic. ### 8.
