No. Access-level training introduces anatomy, physiology, infection control and treatment foundations, so you can progress safely into aesthetics without prior training. For injectables and advanced procedures, prior accredited learning is required to protect client safety and meet insurance rules. How long is the course? The course is 3 days in person, plus online study materials. Are the qualifications recognised in the UK? Yes. This is a VTCT qualification that is Ofqual regulated and internationally recognised. VTCT awards support insurance access and professional practice within the UK. Is hands-on practical training included? Yes. Practical training is a core part of every academy course.
